Typically we will work with you to develop a business plan to determine how many stores you need to achieve your goal and then put together a plan to acquire that number of stores. We grant exclusive multiple unit territories based on territory approval, development plans and your capital position. There is a $10,000 discount per store for purchasing multi store.

     

  • Q: How long will it take to open?
  • A: After your location has been secured and approved,
    it can range between 2-6 months.

     

  • Q: What is the franchise fee?
  • A: $20,000 for the first store; $10,000 for each additional store.

     

  • Q: Does GPFS assist along the way of developing the store?
  • A: Yes, GPFS will help you out in every aspect you need. As it comes to site selection, our new store development and franchise staff will assist you in site selection, if needed. Your success is our success.

     

  • Q: How big should my prospective site be?
  • A: Depending on model of your franchise store you decide. Express model can vary from 3,500 - 5,000 sqft and our Standard model can vary from 5,000 - 10,000 sqft. We will work with you to determine the optimum square footage needed depending on the specific characteristics of your chosen area and size.

     

  • Q: Where will I find my supplies and equipment?
  • A: GPFS has arranged with plumbing & fire sprinkler manufacturers and distributors from coast to coast that will provide materials and equipment with great prices. These supplies meet all of the GPFS specifications.

  • Q: What kind of training program do you offer?
  • A: GPFS has an extensive training program and you will have the opportunity to get trained for 2 weeks on site. Our training is done in our Glendale, CA, locations. During the training, we will train you and your team on how to operate your GPFS locations.

     

  • Q: How much does it cost to start a GPFS supply?
  • A: The total estimated initial investment required ranges from $203,350-$671,100. This is depending on the model of your store and inventory investments.

     

  • Q: What is the system advertising fee?
  • A: System advertising fee is 1% of your sales.

     

  • Q: What are your minimum financial requirements?
  • A: Depending on the number of stores you are interested in opening, you must have net worth of $203,350 and up.

     

  • Q: Does GPFS provide financing for supply development?
  • A: GPFS does not offer financing.

  • Q: What type of return can I expect to make on my investment?
  • A: GPFS encourages our prospective franchisees to conduct significant due diligence during the discovery process and contact existing franchisees with question on marketing, finances, sales volumes, operations, etc. The amount of profit or loss is dependent on number of factors, including the ability of the franchisee to to manage the business, drive sales volume and control operating costs.

  • A: Even though we do recommend it, it is not a requirement.
